Plant Manager
Employer: ACPCO2 is the world leader in gases for industry, health and the environment Requirements:
- University Degree in Chemical engineering (alternative: Mechanical or E&I)
- Minimum 5 years experience in chemical industry (preferably production)
- Experience with engineering and maintenance in Chemical industry
- Excellent team management skills
- Able to work independently and take stand alone decisions
- Fluent English is a must
- Fully flexible and able to travel throughout whole Europe
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the construction project of new CO2 plants (engineering, contacts with local authorities and suppliers, procurement, construction supervision...)
- Lead the commissioning and start up of new plants
- Planning, coordination & follow-up of production plants in UA
- Manage day by day operation and maintenance of the plants
- Manage legal inspections and periodic overhauls of the production plants
- Manage the production teams
- Propose and execute improvement projects
- Preparing operational budgets and maintenance cost forecasts
- Manage suppliers and sub-contractors contract agreements
- Any other related tasks which can be asked by Management
